How Digital Alliance Helps Small Businesses Leverage Technology
The SBDA offers a digital tool library that small businesses can use to apply different tech techniques in their business processes.
The Small Business Digital Alliance is a new co-sponsorship agreement between the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and a non-profit organization Business Forward, Inc.
The Digital Alliance program connects small businesses with digital tools, trainings, and helps them grow their digital networks to reach new customers – free of charge.
The SBA delivers its services through an extensive network of SBA field offices and partnerships with public and private organizations.
According to SBA, Business Forward is working with 250,000 local business leaders from across America who support innovative and market-based solutions to the country’s biggest challenges.
With the help of Business Forward, business leaders have briefed more than 650 mayors, governors, members of Congress, and senior Administration officials on how to create jobs and accelerate the economy.
Recently, on August 16, SBA Administrator Isabella Casillas Guzman participated in a panel discussion in Denver hosted by Principal, a global financial company and a member of the SBA’s Small Business Digital Alliance (SBDA).
“Digital solutions are important for small businesses in today’s market environment – they can mean more customers in the door, greater efficiencies, and the capacity to build a strong workforce – all critical for success,” said Administrator Guzman.
“The SBA is excited to work with the Small Business Digital Alliance to help ensure entrepreneurs can power their growth with technology and create jobs and opportunity in our economy.”
